Brief Description: Delta REP is a full service professional property management company. Currently headed by a 23 year old, we have managed to acquire controlling rights to just over $900,000 in real estate and have maintained 100% occupancy over the last two years. We provide rooms to college students and young professionals through single family houses. Currently we are using Omaha as a pilot market to refine our systems and are in the process of creating a scalable model either through a service oriented franchise or real estate investment trust.
