Brief Description: Determined2Heal (D2H) provides people with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and their families access to an open source platform sharing personal experiences and injury-specific information to support them through the transition from an able-bodied life to a healthy, productive life with a SCI. This platform will empower people with a SCI to reengage as active citizens despite their physical limitations.
